Super Saturday! What's on your plate / schedule?

 I overslept this morning and missed the first hour of my overtime shift.  Oops.  Headed in to work at least part of it, if I dont' get the full 2hrs this morning I come back this evening.

 Helping my m om and then planned to do my cook / portion / freeze day where I stay in the kitchen  All. Day. Long.   But I don't think I have all the stuff I need and I KNOW I don't have money to buy the stuff I need.  Maybe just a swim /bike / run and then waste the rest of the day doing crazy stuff like.... nothing.

B - click mocha w/ a dash of SF Davinci caramel syrup/ skim milk
S - tomato and egg
L - tomato "sandwich" on 1/2 Deli flat, tuna
S - quest
D - mexicali meatloaf and some sort of veggies if I have them
S - cottage cheese and SF jello w/ fruit, maybe?

Trying to get motivated myself and help my 9 year old clean his room and re-organize his closet...we go through this about every six months....lol  he cleans his room for his dad's happiness but guess where it all goes?  Yep, in the closet.    Cleaned the kitchen earlier and wanted to try and finish mowing the front part of our yard. Hubby has a riding mower but I told him to let me push mow it for exercise.....I'm am a sore puppy this morning!! I didn't even get half way done but it's a start...before I met him i did all my yard work and how I lost 115 lbs on WW.  So, I sorta miss that...and it makes me feel like i'm accomplishing 2 things at once....yard work and exercise! Just have to keep working at it.   I sure miss my ibuprofen but we are going to my Mom's pool today and that will work out alot of the soreness.   Okay, what I'm eating....

B- Scrambled egg with cheese
S- cherries
L- Grilled Chicken Salad (meeting hubby at work and then going swimming)
S- Cheese Stick with turkey slice
D- Nik's Taco Casserole!  (YUMMY!)

SF popsicle before bed....and my two Caramel Calcium chews....

Today my hubby and I are going to Belle Isle in Detroit for the free Jazz Music series. I cannot wait, we love the city.

B- Premeir Chocolate Protein w' frozen strawberries
S- Cantaloupe
L- Unjury Chicken Soup
S- Kashi Granola bar
D- Shrimp Scampi as much as I can eat!
S- Air popped popcorn or pistachios

 it's my first day back into the swing of things after all the work for my sister's engagement party, then getting a really bad sinus infection, and my dr. thinking i have c.diff (haven't gotten the results back yet). i ended up not getting back to ny til yesterday because i felt so crappy. then it was the 5 hour trip from hell (it should take 2 hours). my fridge is basically empty and my new roommate should be here in an hour and a half to move in. i can't get a break lately! 

b- a waffle with sf syrup

no clue what the rest of the day will bring. i pulled some chicken out of the freezer so we'll see if that gets eaten tonight or not...

Um so far I had two tbsp peanut butter, straight up. Amazing how that stuff fills me up. After this jar I am going back on hiatus though. I still have little to no control around it.

Now I'm sipping on some Crystal Light and about to hit the farmer's market cuz if nothing else, I need milk!

What else?

Um...I am researching options for how to cook this pork loin I have thawed. I see a dijon roasted one that looks promising.

Lunch I think will be grilled chicken salads because we have salad mix that needs using. By the way did I mention the divas are home for the weekend??? Yay!

I'll post my actuals throughout the day. Right now my tum seems pissed by the PB.

Got up this a.m. had a chocolate protein shake and went and ran a 5K road race. Time was 40:11. Then had watermelon, water, 1/2 pumpernickel bagel 1 tbsp peanut butter post race. For early lunch I had cheese crackers with laughing cow cheese and watermelon. Now I'm off to shower, and relax and do some gardening and laundry. Just a nice Saturday overall.

Got to do some cooking for the upcoming week, I'll see what I figure out later on.

You are truly inspiring to me! I so look forward to reading your posts...you give me hope that one day, I will be a runner also.

I was thinking I'd get up and go to work for two hours to begin to prepare my lessons for the new school year. But when I woke up my salivary glands were swollen again, and my back hurts from the procedure yesterday, so I might just vegetate here for today. It's a slothful existence, but I'd rather be a sloth at least one more day.


So my eating plan for the day will go something like this:
1. quiche
2. grapefruit
3. Almond Milk (testing the stuff left out in the car... not bad)
4. protein shake
5. protein shake
6. salad
7. protein shake
8. Yoghurt and apricots and cherries

If I keep to this schedule that's about 1200 calories. A good amount for a slothful existence.

I slept in til 1:30 pm so I missed "breakfast"
So far I 've had:

1. Grilled chicken breast, side of hummus, and a few kalamata olives

Will have:

2. Gladiator protein shake
3. Some almonds and pistachios
4. a grilled 93/7 hamburger patty with some veggies
5. protein bar if I'm still under
6. maybe some Perky Turkey Jerky

Up at 545 am for a six mile run with my friend.

Chillaxin the rest of the day and hopefully get caught up on housework

Kashi, milk and coffee
Egg white/spinach on wheat bun with baked ruffles and Greek yogurt dip
No clue on the rest
