How many carbs do you have in the day?  And what is the limit of carbs in the nutrition facts on the label of the item?

I've never really counted carbs.  I"m sure I get 100 in a day, easy, probably more many days.  I eat a lot of dairy products and beans for protein.  I just limit the starchy carbs - bread, pasta, rice, crackers, etc.  I eat those occasionally - tonight I ate pizza for dinner! - but I don't eat them often.

Per my doctors plan I'm to eat 135 to 150 grams of complex carbs per day. I don't usually make that target. I'm usually closer to between 65 and 90.

I never counted carbs either.  When I periodically track a couple of days of my food intake, though, it usually comes up to close to 100g per day.  I get a fair amount of my protein from dairy products, and the majority of the rest of the carbs are from fruits or veggies. I occasionally eat some kind of bread or have some pretzels as a snack, but certainly not every day and I almost never eat rice or pasta.
