Sunday workout! What is your routine?

i enjoy lifting, and do the circuit machines 3 times a week. I also do karate. i walk and run for cardio on occasion

Sundays are my Tri training days. I ran out of gas on some of the training today... but I will be back in form next week (I hope!). In my own defense, I did a 5k over a very steep bridge yesterday in crazy heat - AND I improved my PR by 8 seconds!
300yd or so Gulf swim, 8 mile bike, 5k walk (no jogging - I was whipped)
