Made it to the expert level! Best exercise for me is dancing and boy was I drenched with sweat. Ready to sweat off this weight

I do water aerobics in a pool that has a current in it. It is a very good workout and it is very easy on the knees.

i enjoy lifting, and do the circuit machines 3 times a week. I also do karate. i walk and run for cardio on occasion

 days when it's this hot out i wish i didn't bring my wii to my parents' house so my neices would have something to do there! i'm going to the gym just haven't decided what i feel like doing yet!

Sundays are my Tri training days. I ran out of gas on some of the training today... but I will be back in form next week (I hope!). In my own defense, I did a 5k over a very steep bridge yesterday in crazy heat - AND I improved my PR by 8 seconds!
300yd or so Gulf swim, 8 mile bike, 5k walk (no jogging - I was whipped)

Good for you for you dancing...

This Sunday I went to the gym and ran 3.5 miles at 5 mph...that was a personal best for me so far. Then I did upper body weights. I'm whooped now!

 Wow, that is awesome. One day, i'll get to 5 mph. my highest was 4mph.
