That could be why you have no energy but how is your iron and ferritin?  B12?  Those are more likely to cause lack of energy.

Well, I'd get that tested because that would be more likely to make you tired than low D.  But some people do report lack of energy when their D is low.

It would probably say total iron.  It might say serum iron or serum FE.

No, because that is an extremely high dose for non-RNY or DS folks.  You can get it from a variety of places online in addition to Vitalady's website. Amazon has a number of them.  I get mine from Vitalady, though, since I also get a 1000 unit capsule of Vit K from her (that is also a much higher dose than most people take).
