I have everything in but my iron and C, which I'll take before bed.

I've got my multivitamin, iron, and calcium...but no one ever suggested C.  And B-12 is every Saturday morning.  :)

The reason I take vitamin C is because it helps you absorb iron, if you take them at the same time.  You'll absorb iron if you don't take it with C, but you will absorb more of it or absorb it better if you take it with the C.

I'm "all in" for the night. Thanks for checking in. Even gave myself a HUGE B12 shot yesterday. Pharmacist only had a whale harpoon for a IM needle and shoved that into my leg last night. Suprisingly didn't hurt as much as I thought it would.

 just my last calcium. still have 1/2 hour before i can take it. and trying some melatonin again tonight after the sleep (or lack thereof) i had last night.
