Goal achieved! I ran 5K today!!! I did take a couple “walk breaks", of no more than 2 min each at 3.5 level, but did it without stopping!!!! Wooo-to-the-friggen-hooooooo!!!!!!!! (now, I don't really buy the calories burned, that sounds a bit much, but the point is I ran farther & longer than I EVER have in my life!)

Congratulations!! I have been loving my exercise and I haven't had surgery yet so can't wait to see what I can do when I lose some weight. I get such a sense of accomplishment when I look at what I could do when I started and what I can do now--and you should too!!
