Or, I guess, even if you didn't reach your goal weight, if you've stopped losing and are now maintaining, you can answer too.

How far post op were you when you stopped losing?

I lost for about 18 months.

It took me 20 months to lose 189 pounds (after losing exactly 100 at the 6 month mark).

I got to my goal weight at the 14 month mark. Then I lost about 10 below that and worked to gain it back.

I hit what I thought would be my goal at 6 months, held there for 3 months, then dropped another 20 pounds in 2 months (yeah, that was faster than when I was early out).

At that point, I worked with my nut to stabilize and gained 10 back, which makes me very happy. I gained another 10 last spring, which made me unhappy, so worked to lose it.

Short answer - I was 11 months when I stopped, and about 14 months when I stabilized where things were good.

I reached my low weight of 116 at 9 months. I bounce from 117 to 120 now. I'm almost to my 4 year mark.
