Fatigued all the time

Ok so my labs are all good, but I am fatigued all the time. Anyone know of any other reason this might be. I feel like I could sleep all day long most days. I haven't gotten the results from my Vit D lab work yet but my Iron is 96, B12 is 1389, Total protein is 7.4, Calcium is 9.8 & I drink about 80 fl oz of water a day & get in about 60-80 g of protein in a day. I spoke to my surgeon last week about it & they just wanted to see my lab work up first before saying why this might be, but other than receiving my lab results in the mail I haven't heard from them. I will call them later on today when the office opens up, just curious if anyone else had any ideas. They did cut my BP dosage in half about 2 weeks ago because I was seeing black spots when I stood up too fast & feeling dizzy. Since cutting it in half I haven't had anymore of those spells.

How has your blood pressure been running?  You may need to cut out the medicine completely if your BP is normal now.
I don' t know what else could be causing your fatigue.  Have you been getting enough sleep?  Are you depressed or under a lot of stress?  Fatigue isn't always caused by physical things.  Are you able to get in any activity?  They say that regular exercise helps with fatigue, which sounds counter intuitive but really does help.
You might try increasing your protein and fluids and see if that helps.

When was the last time your thyroid was checked?  TSH, Free T4. & T3. This could be part of it. Did they check your hemoglobin & hematocrit? Do you take sublingual B 12?

My BP has been running in the low 100's over like 60's. I'm thinking they need to take me off the BP med's all together. I do some exercise but not like I should. My hemoglobin was 12.2 Albumin 4.1, Magnesium 2.0 Cholesterol 180 Triglyceride 134 HDL 41 & LDL 112, that's all the lab work I've gotten back from them so far. I do take B12 sublinguals. I have had to switch my schedule around here recently from over night to days since I'm on vacation & my mom is here visiting from NC, but I don't think that is whats the problem because I've had this issue since I came home from surgery back in Feb. I haven't thought about thyroid issues & haven't had that checked yet.

Sounds like you may need to completely stop the BP meds. I was on beta blockers before surgery.  Post-op they cut the dose in 1/2, and then at 18 months I had to stop completely because I kept passing out.  I also started sleeping alot.   So that me be your ticket.

And, although I dont' want to get too personal I feel like I need to throw this out there.  Is there any way you might possibly be suffering from some low-grade depression?  That can make you tired all the time as well.

At any rate, best of luck getting it all straightened out=)

Are you eating enough? I know for me it was the same thing you experianced but it got better once I was able to get more food in (I do weigh****ches so when I was eating little I had the faint feeling but then I increased my points -- to what they should have been in the first place-- and it got much better and I also started to loose weight).

Im consuming around 1k calories a day between 60-80g of protein. My surgeons office told me last week that I need to be consuming at least 1k calories per day. So that might be it Im not sure.

I had my appointment last week and the doctor brought up fatigue. She said 'have you noticed how tired you are? Your body just worked hard to lose 100lbs and its to9ugh work'. Plus I think u should be off bp meds. I was really tired until they took me off that.
