Happy Friday everyone!

Wake up-FF latte
Breakfast-well nothing, I know, not good
Lunch-BF's protein-y zucchini fritters-2
Dinner-Don't have a clue yet

Fighting a huge craving for a Yogi Castle SF cheesecake yogurt with strawberries on top. But fortunately, I am broke until payday so I think this will be a non-issue. Sometimes poverty pays.

 TGIF in a big way.  This is the first week this summer I think I have worked every day, I'm ready for the weekend. 

My ribs are still preventing me from doing to much more than walking, which is making me upset, I need to keep moving or I tend to head to the kitchen.  That being said my eats have been totalling around 1000 to 1100 calories, which slows my weightloss way down :(  Next week I have to drop it back down, especially my carb intake

Sunday I am riding 25 K for respite charity so I'm looking forward to that!

Today my eats as I know them so far:

Protein shake - Muscle Milk 100, 2 of them, finishing off the box, they are not my favorite by far
Lunch - Topping salad, some cheese and a bit of salami
AS Apple, Cheddar, gouda and a Ryvita cracker
S:  No idea.  Likely chicken breast or something.  I need to do some prep cooking
ES:  cottage cheese I think

Still not feeling great today and decided to take today off too. Got a terrible night's sleep too.

Attempted a slow and shorter run than usual but at a mile in I lost all my steam and walked home. I have my body fat analysis today and am looking forward to seeing what it is.

Breakfast- 1 egg and black beans
Lunch- probably a grilled chicken tender and left over Zucchini Fritter
Dinner- no clue- maybe the same as lunch?
I will need to get a protein shake in because I know I am very low in the protein and calorie department today.
