today I'm starving
Today, I'm starving. I feel like I've been eating since I got up, which was around 7 am. I've probably had close to 1000 calories already today. In between meals/snacks, I've been drinking as much as I can, including hot tea, which usually helps me feel less hungry, but it's not really doing the trick today.
Hopefully it all evens out. If I got 800 calories two days in a row, then theoretically I could eat 2000 calories today and still be all right.

I'm curious what Kelly and JustJunquies mean by scary? Like worried about regain/overeating? Maybe it's a good opportunity to work on the root cause of that fear...? I can imagine when I stop losing or hit goal or get close, I'm sure I'll be freaking out about getting into old patterns. Sheesh!
