Whats for lunch?

I spent the morning in the city running errands, got lost and ended up walking 65 city blocks outta my way...ok so thats gotta be good for my bottom line...thought I would never get home.

The scale was good to me this morning. Thursday 8/27 I weighed in at 193 at my surgeons office. He said I picked up 4 lbs from my july visit. I wasnt to concerned since my weight does fluctuate a couple of pounds here and there but this morning I weighed in at 187.4. Then I made my son weigh himself to make sure it wasnt broken

So i feel inspired. I whipped up a banana, mocha protein drink for lunch...so yummy

Well for lunch I had some boiled shrimp and a couple of mini sweet peppers. I let myself sit with the "not quite full" feeling... have to learn I don't have to / need to be "full" to be "satisfied".

Otherwise:
B1 - mint cookie / milk
B2 - ww waffle, peanut butter, 1/2 banana
L - shrimp, peppers
S - click
- roast turkey leftovers
D - egg whites, turkey bacon, tomato slice on WW tortilla
S - click
- celery / carrots

Now I am headed for 3hrs of overtime, will help my mom and then head to bed since I have a super early day tomorrow.

Was at a small amusement park with the family today. Packed a picnic for everyone. I had part of a greek yogurt and some strawberries, plus a couple of chips.
