When does it STOP!! PICS INDLUDED!! WARNING!!
I think you look great! I do see your ribs at the top of your chest but that isn't a real indication of being underweight--just that you've lost weight and your boobs aren't quite where they used to be pushing everything up. Plastics might help you feel better, but you look so great in your clothes that I wouldn't worry about that.
Malabsorption stops around 18 months to 2 years out. At that point many people have a good 20 lbs. bounce back weight gain. For that reason I wouldn't try to gain weight at this point if I were you. According to the BMI charts you are at a healthy weight.
Try not to sweat it! And congrats on doing so well!

I think you look great! As far as family goes, if they're anything like mine, who happen to be from the south where they sometimes relate being being healthy to having " meat on your bones". When actually we are not as healthy that way. My sweet granny used to try and feed anyone and everyone around with fresh baked breads and pies and all kinds of fattening but delicious food. It was her way of showing her love. Now that's been passed down, and here I am as a result. As long as you are eating healthy and feel great embrace your new body. I think once you get your skin surgery and the new boobies that will help with the curvey part lol.

Are all your labs where they are supposed to be?
Are you getting the correct amount of protein per day?
I'm not experienced enough with this to be an expert, but if all of that is ok, and if you feel good - energy level, endurance ability, mood - then I'm wondering if this is a disconnect between what you THINK you should see in the mirror and what you actually see?
Did you set your goal correctly or is your body setting your goal?
I don't know these answers, but if you are HEALTHY, to me that seems the key. If you've addressed all the PHYSICAL health parameters and they are in line, then consider a look at the EMOTIONAL parameters. Maybe talk with a counselor for a few sessions to help you come to terms with the new you?
I think you look amazing. But how you FEEL and are from a health standpoint seems much more important. If your malabsorption slows down in the next few months as lots of folks indicate, hopefully the weight will level. Good luck to you!!

I think you look fantastic. You still have your curves, just without as much meat on them. I do not see any bones and you do NOT look sick at all. You will prob gain some when your body levels out. I agree with Paul. Hit the weights and the definition you get will make a difference. Think Halle Berry...definition with curves in all of the right places.
I just wanted to let you know I experienced something similar. I got down to 127, and my bones stuck out, my face looked old and haggard - between the loose skin & lost hair - I got very depressed about my appearance. But, I think we all go through this phase - I eventually got my "bounce back" - the weight redistributed, and my hair came back. I think you look healthy and awesome!
BTW, thank you for your courage in posting the nude photo - your body looks very similar to mine, and it helps me to see others like me looking so beautiful.
