daily vitamin check in

I haven't posted this thread in a while but thought I should start doing it again, especially after my poll earlier about why some people don't take their vitamins.  By the way, I'm gonna tally up the results later and post them.

So, got your vites in today?  I have all mine in but my iron and c, which I will take before bed.

I have one more multivitamin to take today, which I will take before bed.

I am much better at taking my calcium/vit D these days since I found chocolate ones I like, lol

About to take my last dose. I cant belive some people are just not compliant with the vitamins. It really shocks me. I freak out if I forget my night dose by an hour! To each is own i guess.

I have to say Kelly, right after my surgery, it was this thread that kept me current on my medicine. Thank You! Now I have developed good vitamin habits

Got in all mine for the day except for the Iron + C, which I take right before bed too!  I rarely miss a dose of my vitamins...so super important!

I have been back on track for a couple of weeks now. All it takes is for me to run out and then I am back to square one developing the habit when I finally buy some more.

Today - multis and calcium in, iron before bed

yup! took all mine yesterday and I've started my day today right on. Had ,my Multi, my B-1 and my B-12 so far.

Height:5'1.5 RNY:11/30/11 HW:307 SW:234 CW:136 GW:140 (LOST 73 Lbs. PRE-OP)
