I'm w you Nik totally in a funk!!!!!!
B- veggie omelette and some Avacoto
L half a Cuban sandwich and cup of pumpkin soup
S a protein ball made from Niks site!!!! Love them
D a bite of steak ( tasted like cardboard so tossed it and had a bowl of fiber one cereal.

I am emotionally and physically exhausted... a little hormonal. Amazing combination for a cheerful Lori 
Slept late this morning since my folks went grocery shopping, then went to the vet AGAIN because my "free" cat is still not eating (and now has a tab at the vet because I am so broke from taking care of her). They gave her a shot and pill, told me to keep force feeding her. Good times.
Then I helped my mom and had lunch before heading to the gym to workout with the trainer. It was a TOUGH workout!!! Good stuff!
5 rounds of 10 reps (2min of 6.5 on TM as part of each round)
- 15lb dumb bell thruster / suicide jump
- 65lb bent over dead lift row (55lbs first time)
-16" lateral box shuffle
- 12lb med ball decline situps
Now working until 0100.... 11 hr shift.
B - 1/2c skim milk
L - arnold Healthfull Nuttygrain bread, 1Tbs peanut butter, 1/2 banana
S - Arnold bread w/ 1Tbs peanut butter and 1/2 TBS raw honey

- celery and carrots
D - tilapia w/ cheese and onions, broccoli and carrots
S - mint cookie w/ water if the protein was delivered today
- protein power balls if I get a chance to make them ww tortilla w/ turkey bacon and tomato if I don't

This is what happens when you have unexpected car problems and a flat tire on top of it. Thank goodness I keep a supply of Muscle Milk Light in my car at all times. It's not the best when it's not refrigerated, but it worked.
