Do these freeze well?  I was going to make my first quiche & had already bought what I needed to make it.

They do. Just pop them into the microwave for 30 seconds to a minute and enjoy!

You are welcome! Congratulations on including your children in your new quest for a healthier lifestyle. I have to tell you that I think aside from resolving my own health issues and improving my quality of life and appearance, the impact that my journey had on my daughter has meant the most to me. It truly has changed her life. When I had my WLS, she was in middle school and was a chunky size 13/14. Now, she is a college freshman and she is tall and a lithe size 2/4. I never put her on a 'diet', but as she saw my metamorphosis, she began to emulate my behavior and make changes in her own eating and activity habits. I know that this journey not only had an enormous positive impact for me, but it has for my daughter as well. Below are photos of my daughter and I a couple of months before my surgery and photos of us now.

I applaud your including your children in the changes that you are making to take care of you. I wish you and your family continued success in your journeys to becoming the best you can be.

All the best,

Barbara
