I tried the light and fit greek yogurt the other day and found it to be really grainy/mealy.  Does adding the protein powder smooth it out?  Eating grainy yogurt grossed me out.

all yogart to me taste funny so added the powder just gave it a thicker texture not grainy really, but it gave it fruit and cream taste.

That's odd because I have been eating at least one a day for the past two weeks and none of mine have been grainy at all.  I would check the expiration date on the ones you have.

the little cup was 150g and i added 1/2 a scoop to the yogart. the fruit syrup on the bottom kept it from becoming paste. i hate yogart of any kind but i was told it was a life saver when you are hungry and it is not a meal time yet. I have tried so many different type of yogarts and i actually like the chocolate premier protein shakes but i am cant live off those or i will burn out so i changed it up with vanilla powder to add to my yogarts so i get a fruit and cream taste.

I've used the Fage greek yogurt for a couple of months now.  I usually buy the 35 oz size, and mix in the dry powder of SF Jello cheesecake pudding. Mix with hand mixer.  I use about 3 oz portions of this, add about 12g unflavored whey isolate protein, mix with spoon. Cheescake flavor adds more versitility than other pudding flavors. Adding SF Torani syrups to the serving offers you the variety of carmel cheecake flavor, black cherry cheesecake flavor...... We eat som much of this yogurt around here, I'm going to start making my own yogurt.  Many recipes online, and it's not really that difficult.  Many use the non-fat powdered milk, adding about 1/2 cup extra powder for 2 quarts to make it thicker in consistency.  DAVE
