Help! Looking for an ulflavored whey protein powder
You actually CAN heat the Unjury to over 130 degrees without it clumping and turning inedible. I have it in hot chocolate (that I couldn't stand to drink if it was just lukewarm) 5 or 6 days a week still.
There are a couple of methods. The one I find easiest is to heat the water in the cup (or the soup or whatever****il it is more than lukewarm but not yet close to steaming. Mix in the protein powder (and hot chocolate powder in my case) and stir until mixed completely. Then microwave it, stirring every 20-30 seconds, until it is steaming.
If you add it to water that is already steaming, however, you will end up with this clumpy, disgusting, undrinkable mess that you will have to dump out. I have not tried heating anything but the Unjury, BTW, so I don't know how other brands will respond to the heat.

You don't drown by falling in the water. You drown by staying there.
