OT--Wedding Cake nightmare

 Ok, I've been preparing my friends' wedding cake all day today, and I now need to re-bake the smallest cakes--again. I made three different 6" cakes, and they have all fallen apart in some way or another. I'm beyond frustrated right now. Now, I need to spend a portion of tomorrow re-baking them. On top of that, the silk flowers I'm using haven't arrived yet, which is making me nuts. I hope I get them tomorrow, but if I don't, I'll need to figure out plan C. This is just turning into the biggest CF, and it really shouldn't be so crazy. I'm sure it will work out for Saturday, but it's just driving me bat**** banana pants crazy!!! Argh! 

I'm sorry you are having a hard time of it. There is nothing more frustrating than making a recipe that you have done 100 times only to have it not come out. Get some rest and try again tomorrow.

 I will. I'm sure I'll be able to think more clearly in the morning. LOL

 I feel for you!!!!!   I had a late notice for cake yesterday that they need at 5pm tomorrow!  It's a multi tiered harvest cake that has whipped me today.  And all I did was make marshmallow fondant, shape and mold (felt like) a million leaves and make little fondant pumpkins.  I also baked all the cakes which are all good so far.   Knock on wood lol.

Hoping yours turns out perfect though. I hate when cake problems happen!
