Curious about Laughing Cow Cheese Wedges

Ok I know I am over thinking this but ...

What do y'all eat with the Laughing Cow wedge? Or do you eat it by itself almost like a BabyBel?

I've never had them and see it in my mind like flavored cream cheese (?). I'd like to give them a try but I'm on soft foods and don't want to go the carb route.

I ran into this problem with hummus also. I bought my favorite Sabra pine nut humus and then didn't have anything to eat it on. (I was on pureed then; just ate the mush - not the nut garnish)

Thanks for the insight. ;)

Good to know that's an option. I was worried it would be too gooey like cream cheese.
I'm really wanting to try those lil suckers lol.

I eat the cream cheese wedge with cucumber slices or with celery. Sometimes on thin sliced toasted whole grain bread with a little SF jelly on top when I want something sweet.

Thnx Infogal! Cucumber sounds like a winner. (I'm only 6 wks out & celery scares me lol)

I mixed them in scrambled eggs, like an omlette.

That sounds yum. I've always liked cheesy scrambled eggs. When I try eggs again next week I will give that a try too.

I like the cucumber idea.
The southwest flavor is tasty also.

I usually use a couple of small cucumber slices or two whole grain crackers.
