I went for my one month check up today and also met with the NUT. While going over my premaintenance phase, she wrote down your website on my packet. She said she was inspired by your recipes and sends her patients there. I thought you should know how far your reach is.....

Far out!!! I love your site too Nik. I have to be careful because I get on there and get lost in my own world and 45 min- an hour goes by, lol. I tried the Buffalo Chicken Salad and my family ate it all...lmao!! The brats only left me about a cup of it. You are fabulous!!! Thank you.
