I have pictures of my service dog (well, my service-dog-to-be) Isaac on my blog if anyone wants to take a look.  I always have a hard time posting pics here on OH for some reason but you can see pictures on the blog.  I got to hang out with him for a couple hours today.  Well, it was more like working than hanging out, but it was fun.

And I should have him by Christmas!

Oh, he is a handsome little guy!  He looks so sweet and lovable.  I'm so happy you got to meet and spend time with him.  What a Christmas present Isaac would be!

He's a handsome guy. Yes, he will get better. He is still quite young (and naturally energetic). I'm very excited for you. Do they do any training with him regarding cats...?

Hopefully, I will have my replacement puppy by Christmas as well. They are allowed to come home at 6 weeks, so as long as the puppy is born before mid-November I could have him by Christmas or by New Year's Day. There are two litters due before then that might have red puppies. I am SO hoping for good news one of these days.

The director of the program has a cat and Isaac has spent a few days at her house and she said he mostly ignores her cat.  I think that's the only cat he's been around so far.

I hope you have your puppy by Christmas. That would be great.  Did you decide on a name for him yet?

I am almost sure it is going to be Augustus (Gus), but lately have been considering Gibbs (I'm a big NCIS fan... Would love to have Mark Harmon guarding me, LOL  ).
