I got up early to go walk a 5k with a friend.  It was her first one ever and she did great! I was really proud of her jogging some, especially crossing the finish line after all those hills!  Now I am at my parent's house - not much planned today other than naps, laundry, helping my mom, bathing my stinky dogs and cooking supper for my folks.  Keeping an eye on Facebook for reports on some folks I know that are doing Ironman Florida!

B - mint cookie protein;  ww toast w/ Tbs of peanut butter

S - less than half a piece of the best pumpkin bread in the world

L- lean beef hamburger patty w/ provolone, mushrooms, onions, tomato.... cottage cheese

S - ham/cheese/pickle rollups;  pure protein bar

D - omelet

S  - frozen greek yogurt or publix pumpkin pie ice cream

It's 9:30AM here in Washington and I'm waiting for my friend to show up so we can go shopping for smaller clothes. I had a big drop this last week and not many clothes! She's a 1993 gastric bypass and went from almost 300 lbs to 135 lbs. We're celebrating with shopping the sales.

No food menu planned yet but I'm sticking to the 3 meals only a-day because my big drop may have been due to switching to that.
