It's Wednesday! What are you up to and what are you eating?
Sorry that you've been benched! I feel your pain; I was off of my running schedule for almost a month because of stupid Achilles tendonitis. It meant giving up some of the carbs and I had such a hard time doing it.
Hope you're back to the regular groove soon!

2 broken ribs....
I am hoping for some easy time on the bike trainer next week, but the outlook is 4-6 more weeks to get a good heal.

Today is a "rest" day from exercise... kind of makes me crazy. I did some errands this morning and bought feed for the critters, I'll have to unload that tonight in the "cold" (quoted because I am in Florida, and I know cold is relative!). I am actually going to the gym with a post-op friend. I don't get a super workout when I go with her, but I do get a bit of one and it helps her so... *shrug* . I am figuring on just doing cardio tonight, so 30-45 min on the elliptical to salvage my knees.
This "eat tons of food for your calories" thing is AWESOME! Every night I go home with uneaten food. ME!!!! Uneaten food!

Sigh...I am tired. For no good reason. But I just had labs so maybe that will reveal something. But for now...I'm tired.
Doing: I went to work and it was pretty busy, then ran some errands and now I am home with the kids about to do a video review for Bariatric Foodie. Sigh...it's my own damn fault I'm tired!
Eating:
Breakfast: Same as Neen!
Lunch: a Click Frapp
Snack: had a work reception today and I had a few whole wheat crackers, some hummus and apple slices, one with caramel dip.
Dinner: Salisbury Steak "soup." I was craving veggies so I mixed up some veggies I'd roasted, some corn and my homemade Salisbury steak (and homemade gravy) and slurped that up. Good stuff!
