Extra dry skin

For most people, adding some fat into their diet solves the problem (or at least much of it). The skin on most of my body is fine even in the winter, but my legs are often dry.  I  have some issues with the skin on my left leg being very delicate and scratching even a little bit causes rawness that burns, so I absolutely have to use lotion on my legs year round.  I use Neutrogena Body Lotion light sesame formula every day in the morning and use Gold Bond on them before bed every night n the winter.  Both do have a scent, but it is much lighter than many lotions.

You don't drown by falling in the water. You drown by staying there.

Thank you all for your suggestions! I'll check them out.

I have added healthy fats back in, but it's not helping. I definitely need some other help. LOL

My trick is 100% shea butter fresh from the nut...it's thick, and absorbs well, with little smell to it.  You can order it online, and I've been lucky enough to find it sporadically at summer festivals locally, which is pretty impressive for minnesota!
