im having a lot of family over this holiday season and would love some holday weight loss friendly reciepes.. three family membera along with me are over a year post op and this year we hope to enjoy the food.but were not a baking family..lol. anything will be greatly appreciated.. thanks so much

Pumpkin Pie  Weigh****chers recipe
Serves 8
PPV per serving: 3

1 15 oz canned pumpkin (not the pumpkin pie mix)
5 oz evaporated milk
3/4 c. splenda
1 teasp. cinnamon
1/4 teasp. cloves
1/2 teasp. ground ginger
2 eggs

Combine all the ingredients. Spray a pie pan with cooking spray and pour the pumpkin mixture directly into the pan. Bake at 375 degrees for about 35 minutes or until firmly set. Add a dollop of fat-free Cool Whip before serving!

Ohhh, I bet this would look cute in individual ramekins. Then it would seem decadent like a yummy custard. Sprinkle some cinnamon on top and it's all fancy.

I love pumpkin custard!
