Fluids should definitely help. I know it is hard to get all your fluids in, but think outside of the box. Don't forget jello, soups, puddings, hot chocolate, protein milkshakes, homemade slushies with s/f syrups, protein coffee, popsicles, fudgesicles and of course you can always chew on a cup of ice. If you keep hydrated, you will have a better grasp of the hunger you are experiencing and you will feel so much better.
