Size of pouch and stoma?

I had an endoscopy done on Wednesday. The test showed that my pouch is 5cm and my stoman is 2 cm. Does anyone know if this sounds about right for someone 10 months out?

Not sure about the pouch, but stoma size seems a little big. I had mine dilated and they did not want it more than 15mm. Yours is 20mm. Not sure if mine stayed that size or is larger now that i am 3 years out.

I've always been told that the stoma is the size of a dime if that helps.

 

 

Hi. I'm having revision surgery to make my stoma smaller. To illustrate the size, he put his thumb and forefinger together to make a circle... That was how big mine was, about the size of a half dollar. Then he stuck his pinky in it and said it was supposed to be the size of the pinky! No wonder I can eat like a horse.

What is the name of the revision you are having? How far out are you?

Mine doesn't have a name... He is making my stoma smaller. He is not moving anything else. December 28th is my surgery date.

UGH Now I'm nervous. Becuase at times I feel I can eat more than I should be able to :/
