I'm almost 2 yrs out, and had bloody (black tarry) stools today several times

And then in some were black blood clots. Just my dumb lucky my toilet flushing mechanism quit working. After it'd been in the toilet for a bit it was red tinged. I called a dr friend of mine, and he freaked. GO to the ER his suggestion. I have no one to care for my kids tonight or tomorrow. So I am home. Over the last several days I've had MANY sugar lows.... mostly hitting the low 40's. I suffer reactive hypoglycemia. So if I eat to many carbs, or to many sugar grams (12 or over), my sugar bottoms out. I've gone as low as 31, and been standing and talking with it,. Anyway, My stomach hurts. Kindda feels raw like right after my bowel surgery 6 weeks post RNY. Anyway, I'm calling my surgeon in the morning. I'm sure more tests are in my future. I'd rather just forget life. But I was anemic (slightly) prior to this, so I'm nervous. Any words of wisdom or encouragement would be nice. MY bp is ok, tested it. 110/60. I run about that now. My heart rate, and o2 are normal (for me). Just hurting. I have been constipated for about a week. I had to take laxatives (miralax first, then milk of magnesia) to get moving. All i've manage to pass is bunny sized little pellets of poop. But lots of them. Then this 50Cent sized clot.

Absolutely no one can watch your kids? No relative, neighbor, anyone? Because you need to get to the ER right away. Do it for your kids - a day or so without you while you get treatment is much better then a lifetime . This sounds like internal bleeding. Please try to get to the hospital right away.

Go to the ER and take the kids with you. Good luck. You are in my prayers!

I second what Alison said, it's kinda important that you get to the ER asap, take your kids- what happens if you go down hill over night?
As for the little bunny poo's sounds like your not getting enough fluids in.

I'm with the posts about taking your children to the ER with you. If you called  your doctor friend for advice, why not follow it?  Who would care for your children if you were to bleed to death at home?  You don't always feel "bad" before something serious happens. You have warning signs now...this is when you need to act.  Prayers for you and your family. 

You need to get to the ER immediately. I hope you've already gone. Take your kids with you. I have done it before because I'm a single mother. Get to the ER ASAP!

You have an upper GI bleed more than likely an Ulcer.  Nothing to mess with,  Go to the ER and then call your surgeon.  To prepare you for the ER Yes you will get friendly with the ER Doc as he is gonna shove his finger in you Poo Hole.
