My surgery date has been scheduled for Monday 12/17/2012. They will call the Friday before to give me the time.

My pre-op testing is for next week-it will be a busy week.

I am having a Gastric Bypass on Dec 17th, 2012 with Dr. T.P. Singh at AMC, Albany, NY.

I was trying to get the date put on my profile but I can't find where to go to do it.
