So I had my RNY done on Tuesday and was on clear liquids til today. Well I haven't been feeling hungry but in the morning. I have my protein shakes, water and sf pudding and jello. I never really get a full type of sensation so to speak but like I said the only meal my pouch let's me know it wants is breakfast. I guess I just want to know if that's normal? I mean of course before the surgery I had hunger pains and felt full when I ate too much. I just want to make sure I don't overdo it as well.

Yes it's some people's normal. Your nerves were cut you won't feel a full sensation for a while. Follow your eating plan measuring what you are allowed to eat.

I didn't start having a full feeling until a month out (which was 2 weeks ago).  Now, if I eat something  get to a point where I know - one more bite and it will put me over the edge.

You will eventually get a full feeling again after your nerves heal. I am 14 weeks post op and still never really get hungry. At this stage keep measuring your food and you will do fine.
