Starting liquid diet

My NUT said adding fruit is okay in small amounts pre op, but not post op. So maybe I will give that a try. I have tried bananas before and it just got slimy. So I probably wont do that again. Lol

This might be a silly question but are you using a blender or just slicing them up? My blender breaks them up completely there are some itty bitty tiny pieces at the bottom that is really the only way you know its there outside of the actual banana flavor. I was so surprised when I tasted it for the first time. Saturday I made one with a few raspberries and strawberries, it was good too. I used the same protein powder before and mixed it with water. COMPLETELY different taste. Using skim milk as the base made it taste so much better!

I used it with a blender. I agree - skim milk is way better than water as a base!
