Been A While -- Checking in 18mos w/ pics
I just wanted to check in and wish everyone a Happy New Year! I have been busy, living, and loving life....I am 18 mos out as of 12/28 and feeling fabulous, I have lost 245lbs and did I say I feel fabulous??
Hope everyone is doing well...interesting, I have surpassed my initial "goal" that mental place where I just knew I would be comfortable, I have now hit the goal of a "healthy" "normal" weight, and I am not sure my body is done yet...I am interested to see where I will end up. Working out, eating right, and feeling healthy....it is AMAZING!
