NSV's

I decided to see if I could fit in to some 18's I had and they fit!! Even my tight tripp pants fit, so happy. So I went to walmart to see if I was a true 18, and up I was :) I also got told by a coworker who hasnt seen me since a week after my surgery that I am melting away which made me happy. I still see the same fat person, but I know that is normal. I just hope I keep up this rate, bc I will be close to goal if not at goal by my bday in late april. I'm avg 4.2 pounds a week since my two week liquid diet. I hope is all well with you guys :)

Woo Hoo!!!!

Congratulations on your big nsvs. I have found that my weight loss slowed down a bit in the 4th month but I still steadily lose between 2.5 to 3 pounds a week. As long as the numbers keep going down I am happy!
