Exploratory surgery friday!!!!

got the dr to an exploratory surgery to release adhesions and see if anything else is causing pain. hope it helps.

never did ask about the pop thing tho.i just made it a quick in and out. they increased my d3 from 1000 a day to 5000. now my pill count is up to 20. lol

You can get higher doses of D3 from vitalady or on amazon that will require only one D3. It's made from biotech.

Thanks, and yea i know they make em higher. I just cant afford to buy them at the moment. I screwed up on my pills and realized I was only taking half of what I should of been. Dang petites threw me off(and the fact that I didn't read the bottle very well.). Lol
