TO BIG OF A BITE.......YIKES

I am 10 months post op and have done great so far...I ate a piece of slow cooked beef stew meat and chewed it up pretty good, but when I swallowed it. I immediately had this feeling of "OH NO, I THINK IT WAS WAY TO BIG OF A BITE" now I feel ok, but  that feeling in your stomach when you eat (I can always feel my food being digested) I feel like a slight pain/plugging feeling....its only been about 45 minutes, but am kinda worried....anyone have this happen???   

I've done that before. This is gonna sound gross, but what i did is I kinda regurgitated it, cause I felt right away that it was gonna get stuck.

O yeah, beef is the worst for me.  I've done that twice and it came back up both times.  

Thanks all, I am feeling a little better, I have never experienced that feeling before like it was actually stuck. I think I will be ok....i hope......i still have a pain that i have never felt before...so I guess we will see. I waited about 45 minutes and ate a couple bites of veggie medley to hopefully help the digestion a little better. 

It sounds kind of crazy, but if you mix some meat tenderizer with water it will softens it so it goes down.

Yes, beef has given me that feeling, as well, but I found relief in chewable papaya enzymes lozenges that are suppose to help aid in protein digestion... Brand name "NOW"  quantity--180 lozenges for $6.79 sold in a orange and purple-labeled plastic bottle.
