Before anyone jumps down my throat, I already called and talked to the nurse at my surgeons office today.  She said that is it doesnt get worse, to just call her tomorrow... if it gets worse go to the ER... but I'm scared.

This morning I woke up feeling fine.  Got in the shower and had to rush out because I felt like I had to throw up ... it was blood.  I get very light headed.  That was the only time I threw up, have been able to keep down some saltines and beef broth with rice noodles.  But throughout the day I've had diareah twice both time with kind of a lot of blood.  I pooped again before I went to bed and it was more solid, still with blood.

Can anyone suggest what might be wrong with me?  I have no pain at all ... just feeling fluish and a little dizzy!!  PLEASE HELP!!

If I had blood coming out both ends, I would be at the ER, and would not wait for it to become worse. I think you already know this, or you wouldn't still be nervous, and asking us after talking to the nurse. Just go, you don't need her permission.

Oh Sweetie-Please go to the emergency room and get a proper work up.

This isn't something to have diagnosed over the telephone. Plus, you don't want to be afraid and worried

all night! If you haven't gone already please go now and let us know how you are as soon as you can post.

((Hugs))
