Gosh I hope you went to the ER and we hear soon that you're doing OK.  I can't BELIEVE that nurse said to wait it out!!!

I sure hope you took a trip to the ER and really Im just flabbergasted that the nurse didnt tell you do so....when in doubt and scared just go and bleeding like that isnt something to mess with. Just had a friend that spent 2 weeks in ICU for bleeding out from somewhere in her intestines.

Thanks everyone ... I went to the ER.  They did blood work and felt around... everything came back healthy.  The ER doc said that if Im still not feeling well in a couple of days to go see my surgeon... guess it wasnt that big of deal.  But Im so glad I went and they were able to calm my nerves.

I woke up this morning feeling much much much better!!

I'm happy to hear that you went and had it checked out and everything appears to be ok!  Keep an eye on and and don't be afraid to go back if you need to!  Big hugs

Always better to be safe than sorry!  Glad you are feeling better!

We would have people come into the ER with chest pains and while I was hooking them up they would be apologizing and saying it was probably only stomach problems or something minor and I would ask them "Do you WANT to be having a heart attack?"  Better they should come in and it be nothing serious than to stay home and die!!

I forgot to mention the underwear.  I had one girl all upset about her ratty undies and I reminded her that she should have listened to her mother about wearing ratty underwear and ending up in the ER.  It was funny!
