One week post op feeling awsome!!!!!!

Omg I'm one week post op and feeling awsome even went out shopping today found an awsome protien drink that has 60 grams of protien in one drink and got me a small little blender for it and it works great I'm so happy I did this oh and I lost 17 pounds since surgery I feel awsome can't wait to lose more!!!! Best desicion ever!!!!!! 

WOW! I'm glad you are feeling so well. thanks for giving me something to look forward to (My surgery is scheduled for Feb 7th).

Congrats on doing so well! I dont think enough people realize that feeling greet afterward is the norm more than the exception. Like my surgeon says, most people dont go on boards and post about how great the feel or how easy they had it. I felt almost ashamed to have had everything so easy when some were having it so rough. Its an amazing process.

Tyvm everyone and yeah everyone told me it would be so bad and I hardly had any pain at all I can't hardly even remember the hospital stay I was so sleepy from all the meds lol and I found its called amplified whey iliac extreme 60 it dose not taste bad and it has 60 grams protien in it in one drink so that's good cause my doc said 60 to 64 grams of protien for me

Yeah. So happy you are feeling well. I am 5 days post op and feeling great too. Ventured out to the grocery store today and did a few things around the house.

I am using premier protein, which is 30g per container. I will have to check out the protein you mentioned.

This makes me so happy my surgery is in da morning and all u seem to hear is horror stories... or that's the only ones that really stick with u

Yeah that's all I was hearing I hated it I was having second thoughts all the way up until I was laying in the operating room lol but now I know it was just some people not all that have such bad pains and complications and I know I made the right choice I'm very happy so goodluck to you hope everything goes awsome for you:)
