What's next?
I am a TOTAL newbie here and feel so blessed to have found this website! I can't tell you how much I have learned from all of you. I do have a question and hope that you may have some insight. I had my Psychologist appointment yesterday and everything went just fine. (I can't believe I was so nervous!) Next week I have an appointment with my NUT and my surgeon. Does anyone know what happens from there? I've been told from my NUT, surgeon & now the psychologist that they feel I'm a good fit for surgery.....

Ever surgeon and insurance company has different requirements; so a lot wll depend upon those. For me, once I met with everyone for the required amount of times, had all the required testing done (labs, sleep study, etc.) my "package" was sent for approval from my insurance company. Once I was approved, I was given a date, a couple pre-op appointments (and there I sit).
