Out of this world High Protein Snack
Ok, I know this may sound a little off the wall but it tastes soooo good.
I make Egg salad using 6 eggs but only 1 1/2 of the yolks it's mostly all egg whites and a little lite mayo just enough to get it to stick then chill in the fridge.( lots of protein not sure how much)
2 Slices of the Oscar Meyer lower sodium turkey bacon and put in the micro for about 1 min of each side so it comes out like a cracker. (4 grams of protein for both slices)
1 Slice of 2% sharp cheddar cheese slice and i break it to 4 slices (4 grams of protein for the 1 slice)
then i put some of the egg salad on the turkey bacon and top with 2 little strips of cheese and eat it that way, believe it or not it is so good, who would have thunk it.
