Constipation
Add in more fiber, either foods with more fiber or fiber powder. I personally do about 4 servings of powder fiber a day. Just added into what im drinking.I use the walmart brand, Equate, fiber powder, Sugar free, flavor free and its compared to Benefiber. Just make sure you get one that is compared to benefiber, unflavored.
Some others say use MoM, I personally don't like that.
Miralax. It's like a Miracle drug. Sort of expensive, but if you get a prescription for it, insurance will often pay for it.
