Feeling so weak!

I woke up this morning and feel so weak:-( I am thinking it is a small dehydration issue, but wanted advice.

When I walk my legs feel like they weigh a ton. I came down to make breakfast and I had to lay down ( almost on the floor) from being dizzy and weak. My daughter took over and brought me some water and I am feeling a bit more human.

I ate pretty good yesterday, but had trouble getting my water in. I also have had a miserable cold for 2 weeks out of the 3 since surgery. My head is constantly producing blowing my nose material;-)

Any ideas on what may be going on? I didn't eat anything prior to this spell( for lack of better words). I had 2 glasses of water and feel a bit better, so I am thinking with the cold I need to be constantly drinking.

If you feel better after drinking it was probably a bit of dehydration. I had the same thing happen to me after exercise the other day. I was dripping sweat and after I drank water I was fine.

I drink g2 for the electrolytes also to prevent dehydration.

I wake up with a headache when I need to increase fluids.  Dizziness is another symptom I get when exercising and not drinking enough.  Keep sipping constantly, try some sf jello or popsicles to change it up.  Fluids are more important than food at this time.  Have some protein shakes if they are on your plan.
