Pain meds after surgery?

My drs office gave me my RXs for after surgery. prilosec 2 x day, oxycodone, and zofran. The oxys are little tiny pills. what did you all get for home use?

Vicodin, for pain.  I also had Zofran.

I started taking Norco in the hospital, which is Vicodin + Tylenol,  and they sent me home with a bottle.

can you swollow pills? i ask because i am on controled pain med for the last 6 yrs due to fail back surgery chronic pain and arthritis thank you

I'm allergic to Vicodin , yes these pills are tiny, should have no trouble swallowing.

I was sent home with percocets and I have been taking my normal pills from before surgery just not all at once I spread them out. Best wishes to you and feel well.
