so my pledge on BF this week was to limit the starchy carbs
to no more than one serving per day. Because I've been going way overboard on the starchy stuff lately.
Then Mike goes to the grocery store and comes home with Triscuits AND Cheezits. Seriously? Ugh!
I think I am going to have to not touch either. Because if I open one of those boxes, there is no way I will be able to limit myself to just one serving. Thankfully I have a bunch of healthy alternatives in the house, but still... seriously?

Can he keep them somewhere that you don't usually frequent? There's not usually too many places in the condo that isn't shared space but I consider the computer room "his space" and have encouraged my husband to store all his junk food there. And "out of sight, out of mind" mostly works for me. Mostly.

Oh, I can think of a place he could put them out of sight!

I can go through a whole box of either in two days. I've done so, many times. That's why I don't buy them anymore.

I'm sure you have done this but you can make your own cheese "crackers" by spreading some shredded cheese on parchment paper on a cookie sheet and cooking until melted and bubbly and waiting until it cools and using a pizza cutter to make crackers.

Oh wow....yeah I'm staying with family right now and they are always buying desert items. Sugar and crackers are my weakness. I've pretty much stopped myself from buying crackers (I eat like 4 wheat crackers with cheese and meat for snack during work weak) but man those cookies they just bought are staring me down!
Cheezits...mmm...hahahaha :D Yeah I don't blame you! Men!
