open up OH in two pages. One with your profile, that has the picture uploaded to it, and the other on the post you want to post it in. Right click the picture and hit copy, then paste it into the post.

Super excited for you and CONGRATS! What a difference! It's amazing what transitions our bodies go through during this process. I walked by a mirror the other day and had to look twice, it's crazy.
