10 months out
I had my RNY 10 months ago on April 9th. Today on my 10th month surgiversary, I find myself under my goal weight, down a whopping 116 pounds. I weigh 119 now. I have been trying to slow down the weight loss for a while and following my nuts advice. It seems like my body has other ideas. Just wondering how many of you got below your goal weight and when did you body decide to quit and what did you do, if anything to maintain your weight. I am 5' 5 1/2" and little girl clothes are falling off me. I am eating at least 4 meals a day. What is funny is that I have not exercised for the last 10 days and thought that would have made a difference...but I lost 3 more pounds during that time. Any ideas would be appreciated.

My body stopped when it was ready and I had a regain at 30 months. I was glad I did not try to stop losing - did not try to maintain - did not try to regain. Enjoy being skinny for a while. People will be jealous and your body will settle at the right place if you follow your diet and exercise plan.
