Lent starts tomorrow ... ugh.
OK, so in trying to figure out what would be an actual sacrifice but actually doable (because I've been known to create sacrificial loopholes, of the ilk "well, I said I'd give up clothes shopping but that doesn't mean I can't buy shoes!"), my Lenten sacrifice is giving up Starbucks. *gasp*. For real, I have a personalized Starbucks reloadable gift card that I've flipped more times than I can remember..... So, yeah, that's gonna be tough.

I love Starbucks. I don't go too often though since they are so pricey. Good luck!

I probably introduced decaf around 6 mo post-op and didn't go back to full caf until 1 yr out. I usually get a regular coffee & add splenda & half and half, but on occasion I get a skinny latte b/c they're made with skim milk & sugar free syrups!

Grande Decaf Skinny Hazelnut Latte (I usually order it with 6 pumps of the SF syrup instead of the normal 4 pumps--LOL)
Don't worry, they'll correct the order if you flub it. You can also download their app and customize a drink to get nutritional information.

You can do it! I used to go to my favorite bakery for a morning coffee every day and decided that the expense wasn't worth it because I have a nice keurig coffee pot. Bought a good thermos that stays unbelievably hot all morning, and now my cup of coffee averages out to about 50 or 75 cents per day depending on what k-cups I decided to buy. That extra cash adds up! By the end of Lent, you might even decide you like having the extra dough for fun stuff.
