I have a real hard time eating and I workout 3 times a week. My life is so busy I never stop. So I burning way more. Calories then I bring in and I drink protein shakes and lots of water take my vitamins daily
Great job.....I am the same as you.....I have lost over 100lbs in 4-5 months. Mine was mostly that I am struggling with eating, too. But I am more active. YOU GO GIRL....Love the shirt too! Keep up the great work!
