Incentive clothes
I went to Salvation Army last week with my hubby as we both needed some more jeans. I didn't find any in the size I was looking for (of course) but they had a yellow tag sale at 5 for $5 and I found some cute jeans in smaller sizes that I bought for incentive. I bought a couple 16s, a 22 and a (possibly) final goal 9/10. I have a bunch of 18s in my closet. I only have one pair of 24s, the 26s are all really baggy and/or falling down depending on the cut so I am hoping to hold out with them until I can wear the 22 and the 20s I already have. It's going to be a happy, happy day when I get into those 16s. I haven't been in a 16 since I WAS 16! lol

Good for you!! I bought one size 8 jeans before I had surgery (when I was a 28W) from goodwill. I kept them in the back of the closet and would look at them when I was getting frustrated. They kept my eye on the prize. As I was losing, I would go to Goodwill and get 3 pairs of pants that fit (no more than that because I knew they would not fit for long) and I would get one pair a size smaller. I did this about once a month during the losing phase. It was a system that worked for me and got me to where I am now.
You will be in those 16's before you know it!!
