Some Protein Shake Recipes I thought some may enjoy!

Cake Batter Protein Shake
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup Low fat cottage cheese
- 1 Scoop vanilla protein powder (2 for a Meal Replacement Shake like Breakfast or Lunch)
- 3-5 Drops butter or almond extract
- 1 tbs Vanilla sugar free instant pudding mix OR 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1-3 tsp Optional – Stevia Sugar (or sweetener of choice to taste)
- 1/2 cup-1 cup Vanilla Soy Milk or Low Fat Milk (less = thicker) Use water for less calories
- 5-10 Ice Cubes (Depending on how thick you like it, use less for a thinner consistency)
- Rainbow Sprinkles for topping!
Directions:
- Blend everything together in your Blender.
- Add some sprinkles on Top (you can put some in blender too to add color in the smoothie)
- Cottage cheese may sound strange, but TRUST me… this is what makes the ‘SMOOTHEE’ consistency! Also, if you are sensitive to dairy, you can use tofu to get the same consistency!
Butterfinger Protein Smoothie Recipe
Ingredients:
- 8 oz. almond milk 0r (Fat-Free Milk, Soy Milk, or Rice Milk)
- 2 scoops Chocolate Protein Shake Mix
- 1 tsp Peanut Butter* or PB2 : )
- 1 Tbsp. Sugar-Free Butterscotch Instant Pudding
- 6-8 Ice Cubes
- (Optional: smash up a Butterfinger Candy Bar and sprinkle a little on top)
